Delivery
Your letter arrives by email within 48 hours after we have everything we need from you. If we need to ask you something, we will email you, and your 48 hours pauses until you reply. We will always tell you when that happens.

Why we made this
I know what it is to carry words you cannot say out loud. I went through something so hard I did not know how to handle it. Friends and family meant well, but the same advice never really helped the pain. Then someone told me to write a letter only I would ever read. That letter helped me heal, and it is why HeartTyped exists.
Kept kind and safe
- Our letters are meant to help, not hurt. We turn down letters meant to threaten, hurt, or get revenge on anyone, and if we do, you get a full refund.
- Custom letters and poems are for buyers 18 and older. The Writing Prompt Pack is for ages 13 and up, and if you are under 18, please ask a parent first. We take extra care with anyone who may be young or at risk.
- If anything you share tells us someone may be in danger, we pause your order, give you a full refund, and share crisis support first.
- Please never send a letter to someone who could hurt you.
